UCDC IT supports campus technology. UCOP ITS supports UCOP identities and UCOP cloud services.

UCDC computer, UCDC account, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, printers, room AV, UCDC Microsoft 365, or the Zoom Workplace app on a room desktop

What to include in a ticket

A complete ticket gets you to the right person faster.

  1. 1Where: room number or work location.
  2. 2What: computer or device name, and the system or application involved.
  3. 3What happened: what you were trying to do and the exact error message.
  4. 4When: when the issue started and whether it is still occurring.
  5. 5Scope: whether anyone else is affected.
  6. 6Evidence: add a screenshot when it helps explain the problem.
